Promenade Hotel Bintulu’s soft launch sees 100 rooms fully taken up

Promenade Hotel Sdn Bhd group chief executive officer Adrian Wei officiated at the soft launch yesterday, checking in as its first room guest at the reception counter.

Located in the heart of that bustling new township of Bintulu Sentral, Promenade Bintulu is very much a personification of the forces of nature brought to life through an amalgamation of contemporary ideas.

Such energy radiates from the polished doorsteps to the opulent marble flooring and granite reception counter in the grand lobby – all bathed in natural light.

It houses 188 rooms and suites, each elegantly styled with the ingenious use of natural lighting and mirrors.

“I am proud and happy to announce that we have opened about 100 rooms from the second to the fifth floor – all fully booked due to the hotel’s attractive introductory rates starting from RM168 inclusive
of breakfast,” said hotel manager Hafizan Wong in his welcoming address.

This smoke-free four-star hospitality establishment also comes with security access cards for elevators on every floor, special rooms for the disabled, as well as two state-of-the-art function halls complete with special sound and lighting system on the first floor which when combined, can cater for a banquet of 60 tables.

Its all-day dining outlet Peppers Café is fitted with computer terminals for free Internet access. The coffee house can seat up to 120 patrons at one time. It runs from 6.30am to 11.30pm Sundays to Thursdays, and 6.30am to 12.30am Fridays, Saturdays and eve of public holidays.
